Meet the Business Owner

I have been in the restaurant business for 20-plus years. Having worked my way through every level of the business I really fell in love with it because of the people. I love people and I love a fast-paced environment, so this restaurant business was a perfect match.

As I continued to mature in the business and gain experience, I saw that putting the people first was the recipe for success, so I became determined to help grow a brand throughout the San Antonio Area based on that philosophy. It was the most gratifying thing to watch a company grow and prosper under that principle. Food and Atmosphere were important, but The People were the key ingredient in the recipe for success.

In 2018, I set out to open my own restaurant in a community that I love and thus The Branch was founded. I brought with me a team of like-minded people who have the same vision that I do and together we will grow The Branch into a restaurant full of Good Food, Good Times, and Good People.
